Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request deletion of personal data associated with Spartans Advisors, including data received through Meta platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Facebook Login, Instagram/Facebook lead forms or other Meta business integrations.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like Spartans Advisors to delete personal data that we hold about you, please email us at:

Please use the subject line:

Data Deletion Request

In your email, please include:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if previously provided to us
• The Facebook or Instagram profile, Page or account involved, if applicable
• The form, event, enquiry, campaign or service connected to your request, if known
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal data

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

2. What We Will Delete

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or stop processing personal data associated with you, including applicable data collected through:

• Website enquiry forms
• Newsletter subscriptions
• Event registrations
• Recruitment enquiries
• iSPARTANS-related forms or communications
• Facebook or Instagram lead forms
• Messenger or social media enquiries
• Meta-related app or platform interactions

3. Important Exceptions

Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, regulatory requirements, audit requirements, compliance obligations, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security purposes or legitimate business purposes.

Where complete deletion is not possible due to such requirements, we will restrict further use of the retained information as far as reasonably practicable.

4. Removing Spartans Advisors from Your Meta Account

You may also remove access through your Facebook account settings.

General steps:

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Go to Settings & privacy.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Go to Apps and Websites.
5. Find the relevant Spartans Advisors app, page, form, integration or connected service.
6. Select Remove.
7. Follow Facebook’s instructions to remove access or request deletion where available.

Removing access through Facebook or Instagram does not always automatically delete data that you previously submitted directly to Spartans Advisors. To request deletion of data held by us, please email us using the instructions above.

5. Processing Time

We will review and process valid deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving sufficient information to verify and action the request.
