For Kanso Fragrance started as a small brick-and-motar retailer since 2000 and had been serving a small neighbourhood at the outskirts of town (Jalan Sultan Road) for many years. Following the boom of online shopping (which accelerated so much because of Covid-19 pandemic), we have been hearing and understanding that there has been a lack of trustworthy and credible online fragrance retailers in the region. Hence, we wanted to bring our business online to serve a greater group and bring authentic branded perfume to the online customers as well.
Operating with a physical retail shop, we establish a physical location for our customers to check in and raise any issues with if necessary. On top of it, because we run a retail shop and we understand how frustrating it is to receive sub-par service quality while shopping online, we have trained our staff to attend to your needs online with fast, efficient and superb service standards.
